"Nuts"
Thinking about nuts, I really do not know what to write so i came up with this...so we were at the National stadium after a one hour long bus ride that nearly got me nuts...when we reached the entrance it was so full that we had to squeeze like nuts (doesnt make sense) to go into the stadium which was very full. When we finally went in, we found ourselves late so we had sit behind the goalkeeper, and duriong the match we could not really see if the ball went forward or backwards.
So before the match began, most of the Singaporean fan are nuts, doing the kallang wave none stop till the match began. When they started the Malaysian anthem, they were jeering and scolding vulgarities, as though they were going nuts.
During the match, I was eating nuts. cashew nuts, peanuts and other nuts.( fake, added just to increase the number of nuts), so when Malaysia scored the opener, Most of the fans kept qiuet for a moment. Then they started scolding the Singapore players for any mistakes they made, it seems like they really went nuts. So when Singapore scored and gave the fans hope though some could not see it for their view, they all went nuts, cheering madly. All the nutty fans were hoping Singapore could score and this is what they said " Come on lah, we hav only 15 mins, not 55 mins" . When the game eventually came to the penalty shoot-out, everyone was excited, cheering for the Singaporean panelty takers and jeering the opponent.
When Lewius saved a feeble shot by the Malysian panelty taker, all the SIngaporean fans there went nuts, cheering , and folding the posters given before the match into planes before throwing them around. But it did not just end here. On the way out of the stadium, the fans were still nutty and in a joyous mood.
"However, I suddenly woke up and found that it was a dream."
In a nutshell, this is my nutty story about nuts. I must be going nuts to be writing about this.
