Trying hard to keep up with posting daily so I decided that I would post once a week or more if I have more time. This week is most probably just a normal week, other than the class duck we bought for charity (more like we want to win the race and clinch the $10 000 though its quite impossible). We also bought a miniature duck and persuaded Choon Hwee to take a picture with it (for wishing our duck good luck lol) ..sorry I cannot transfer now, I do not know why...

Friday the 13th: Many say its an unlucky day, but I am not really superstitious so I do not believe in this stuff. But something happened to me as doubts began running through my mind. When I reached home on that day, my mum asked where my table tennis bat was and I realised it was missing (this is no prank), and I was frantically searching for it (I even went back to school to search for it). Just as I thought it would be missing forever, Yu Xun asked me to search for it in the pe office as others who had lost their bat found it there. I found it the next day there, thanks Yu Xun, but is this really an unlucky day for me too?????

Here are some pictures which my brother's friends sent him which he found it totally amusing. ( but for me I only find some funny)...Have a laugh be happy. Do not forget: For every minute that you are angry (or sad), you lose sixty seconds of happiness!

Today, 9/7/07, is far from a normal day. Right after school I had my Chinese 'O' level oral together with some of my classmates. We were all worried and silently prayed that our topic would be an easy one, and we were lucky. Our reading passage was quite alright, other than one or two words and it was a great comfort for us. However, as I was waiting "eagerly" for my turn, I began to worry about the conversation. "What if it was something real difficult?", however, (like I said we were quite lucky), we got a topic about recycling. Although this was something that we had not practiced before, most of us were still alright with it and the "LIVE EARTH" concert gave me some inspiration and I even used it as an example! LOL. I managed to hang on for two minutes or so for the conversation, and the one of the teacher's praise made me feel a little relived, maybe she did not expect me to pass..LOL. However, Jie Hui was still the best, taking a total of about 8 minutes before finishing her oral, it was so long... (my time in total is like half of hers lol), and the whole queue was jammed..haha. So the oral was pretty good. However, "all good things come to an end", and this is what happened in training.

When me, Yu Xun and Matthew reached the table tennis room, our coach already did not seem happy and asked for the reasons why we were late and where the other secondary threes were. For the rest of training there was not a single smile and he began scolding nearly everyone for any mistakes made.(hey no one is perfect..). He also said much more, but I do not wish to elaborate on this as it is really late (lol, great excuse) so if you want to know you can ask me for the details. Thats all for today, I would be writing again soon!

Since I am really bored right now, (other than watching Live Earth..lol) I decided that I should post again as I have not posted for quite a long time. This week was a really special and different to me.

Firstly, on Monday, which is Youth Day (if you do not know lol) , me, Yu Xun and Shawn went to Orchard Cineplex to watch Goal 2. We arrived 15 minutes late but fortunately got the tickets :). This is the second movie in the trilogy of GOAL! (as according to the book). SPOILER WARNING.Real Madrid FC signed the main character, Santiago Munez from Newcastle United. This movie shows Real Madrid as they attempt to win the Champions League. Santiago started his career brilliantly as a super substitute, scoring whenever he came to play and helping his team to qualify from the group stage. However, things starts to get worse after he was sent off in his first full game for Real Madrid. More problems come along for Santiago when he finds his missing mother and brother, and his relationship with his girlfriend worsens. Can Santiago cope with all these problems...can he help to lead Real Madrid to the Champions League crown? Watch this movie to find out if you are interested . Highly recommended for soccer fanatics like us..LOL.

In this whole week our school played host to the UK students and I was Jon's (UK student) buddy. We were just supposed to guide them around and help them when they were in need..but I think I did not really do my job well...sorry Jon! Many lessons were fun with them around, they seem to really enjoy Singapore a lot (except maybe the lessons).. so when they left we were all sad and they seem reluctant to leave. I only managed to get one photo (but I think it is the funniest) and here it is:
Haha.. lol.. ok now just before I go, I would like to say something to those who are currently upset over something or just angry because of somthing...
For every minute you are angry (or upset), you lose 60 seconds of HAPPINESS. So always be happy!! That's all. Will write again soon.
